It’s a 12-horse field with no clear favorite since Classic Empire scratched a couple of days ago. Weather should be nice with temperatures in the high 70s and almost no chance of rain. Let’s hope for no more scratches.

The track may be dry but the patrons most certainly will not. 2017 marks the sophomore effort of the Belmont Jewel, the signature drink of the Belmont Stakes. I taste-tested this for its 2016 debut and will definitely dabble again this year and hopefully for years to come. Very tasty!
